Never Forget!!!

Ten years ago today as we all know the US was attacked as they have never been.   So many lives were lost and many lives were changed by such a heinous act that we could never forget that fateful day ten years ago.

I am so thankful that Jodie has created a wonderful image to help us show support to the families,  friends and loved ones who were  affected the most by 9/11.  Everyone was touched in some way or another but many were affected in ways that we could never imagine.   Because of this we wanted to have a freebie that others could use and show support all over the world.   This is a special tribute to the Police officers, First Responders,  Firefighters, and Service men and women all over the world who work so hard to give us freedom and to keep us safe!   

I hope you will take this freebie and create a project to show you all will never forget all that has been given for us!  Jodie has provided us this wonderful image in black and white and in color.   Feel free to share it and even if you can not make a project please feel free to post the colored image to let someone know that they are in your thoughts today!  You may down load the freebies here!

  Below is my card using Butterfly Border 7 .  I used this great double sided paper a friend shared with me.  I used my long rectangle Dies (nestibilities) and my SU tag punch.  I topped this with pearls and Ribbon to finish it off!

Below is my card using the freebie image today!   I found out that I did not have any camo paper so I found a camo  background  printed up to create my own!   I then ran it back through with them image on top to paper piece it!  I added some brads to and ribbon to finish off my project!

With the start of the new team we decided we wanted to give you as much help in sparking your creativity as possible so we are going to include with the challenge an idea or a thought if you will on what these images mean to us! We will be offering themes, recipe challenges, sketches and color challenges to help you “Challenge” yourself! Now please note these are suggestions not required. The requirements for you to participate in our challenges are listed at the link below, but the main one is you must use at least one of the below freebie images in a paper-craft project and add it to the linky to be eligible for our wonderful prizes up for grabs!
